Easy Way To Gain A Long Life

We all want to live a long and healthy life. But for various reasons we cannot survive long. Today I will tell you the easy way to gain a long life.

1. 10 Minutes of Exercise:

 You have to wake up very early in the morning and exercise for 10 minutes. You can do the exercise as you wish. You can walk for 10 minutes or stand in one place and jump for 10 minutes. This will ensure proper blood circulation in your body. Hypertension, blood sugar, cholesterol etc. will be under control.

2. Drink one glass of light hot water: 

Drink a glass (250 ml) of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. This will allow your kidneys, liver, stomach etc. to function properly in your body.

3. Herbal tea made with ginger, black pepper and basil leaves:

A piece of ginger( 3 to 5 grams), 5 black peppercorns and 5 to 7 basil leaves should be crushed first. Then you have to drink it heated in a cup of water. Drinking it regularly will boost your immune system. And no serious disease will come to the body easily.

4. Bitter taste once a week:

One teaspoon of neem leaves or kalmegh leaves should be eaten once a week. Bitter gourd(karala) can be eaten as a vegetable if these are not available.

5. One vitamin-rich vegetable per day: 

One vitamin-rich vegetable should be eaten every day. For example, any one of the cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, spinach, peas, beets, etc. should be eaten everyday. As a result, your body will never be deficient in vitamins. And vitamin deficiency disease will never happen. Easily get a long life.

6. Any one fruit every day:

In order to have a long life, you have to eat any one fruit every day. Such as , apple, guava, orange, banana, mango, pomegranate, pear, etc.

7. At least 2 liters of water per day:

Drink at least two liters of  water every day. But you have to drink water according to the rules. Never drink too much water immediately after eating heavy meals. Water should be taken 1 hour after eating heavy meals.

8. Eating at the same time every day:

Must eat at a certain time every day. What you can never do is say that you ate at 10 O'clock yesterday and today at 12 O'clock. At the same time eating food will move the body in a certain way. It helps a lot to gain a long life.

9. 5 Minutes to meditate on God: 
 
Take at least five minutes of meditation every day to remember God. You can meditate on the name of the God or Goddess you like.
