Facial Care : Take Care Of Your Face In These Six Ways

We use different methods to take care of our face. But can't find the easy and right way. Today we will learn how to take care of the face through six ways. These are all home remedies.

1. Honey And Sugar:

You will first take 2 teaspoons of honey.  Then mix one teaspoon of sugar in this honey, To make a good mixture of sugar and honey, mix a teaspoon of water in it. Keep this mixture in a glass jar for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, apply this mixture on your face. Apply the honey and sugar mixture on the face for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes wash your face with soap. This you can do 2-3 days a week. After a few days you will notice that there are no black spots on the face and the skin of the face has turned pale.


2. Turmeric And Neem leaves:


You will take a little raw turmeric. And take 5-7 neem leaves. Now take these two things together and squeeze out the juice . Apply this raw turmeric and neem leaf juice on the skin of the face. After 35 minutes, wash your face with soap. If you can apply this method once a week you will never get acne on your face. And if the acne is already there, it will heal quickly. Also the skin will look good. No skin disease will be easy.

3. Milk Cream:

You will keep the cow's milk burning. After some time you will notice that milk cream has formed on the surface. Spoon the cream and let it cool. When it is cold, grind the milk cream well. Then apply this cream on your face for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, wash your face with soap. It is very effective for your facial skin. Because milk cream contains vitamins-E, D which is very good for the skin.


4. Lentils:

Lentils are very helpful in smoothing and softening  the skin. Therefore, one day in a week, lentil paste must be applied on the face. You will first soak 15-20 grams of lentils in water for 5-6 hours. Then grind it well. Apply this paste on the face for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, wash your face with soap.

5. Aloe Vera:

If you want to take care of facial skin at home, you can use Aloe Vera. It is rich in vitamins-A, E and C. These are essential for good skin health. You will first take 4-5 aloe vera leaves. Then take out the jell-like part from that leaf. Now apply the aloe vera jelly on your face for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes , wash your face with soap. If you can do this procedure two days a week, you will not get any rashes on your face. Also there will be no black spots on the skin of the face.


6. Lemons And Almonds:

Lemons contain antioxidants and antibacterial ingredients. Also contains vitamin-C . These can protect the facial skin from infection. Vitamin-C in lemons and vitamin-E in almonds together have a positive effect on facial skin. The wrinkles on the skin of the face  removed and the impression of age is not seen. 
 You will first soak 8-9 almonds in water for 7-8 hours. Then squeeze out the juice. Now mix 20-25 drops of lemon juice in this almond juice. Now apply it on the face for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, wash your face with soap. 


 
 You can take care of your face through these six ways. These are very effective methods. There are no side effects.
